Even the best, most touch-feely exhibitions get let down by drab, formal words that too often over-analyse and over-philosophise.
If we’re going to a museum we want to learn things. We don’t want to be lectured at. We wish all words shined as much as they do at The Monterey Bay Aquarium in California.
